Barracoon Book review I can not believe that this was my first read of Hurston’s and It will not be my last. Her ability’s to so eloquently bring to life Kossola Cudjo Lewis’s story using his remarkable memory was embedded into my heart as the reader. Even in his old age, his memory was detailed and thought provoking.
